Why should I purchase my voucher online instead of at the venue?
Buying your voucher online with Qi Group gives you access to exclusive festival offers and rewards that aren’t available if you book directly at the venue. You’ll also receive an extra reward voucher from one of our partner businesses, adding even more value. Plus, having your voucher in advance makes the booking process smoother and guarantees you won’t miss out.
How do I receive my vouchers after purchase?
Once your order is complete, your vouchers will be emailed to you instantly. You can also download them at anytime by clicking the vouchers icon at the top of the page and entering your email address.
Do I need an account to buy or access vouchers?
No account is needed. Simply use the same email address you purchased with to access your vouchers.
Can I access my vouchers on my phone?
Yes - just open the email on your phone, click view voucher and show the voucher at the venue. Printing is optional.
How do I redeem my voucher?
Present your voucher (printed or on your phone) when you arrive. The venue will validate the voucher for you.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, most venues require advance booking.
How long are the vouchers valid for?
Vouchers are valid only during the festival dates which are the 1st October to 30th November.
Can I give my voucher to someone else?
Yes — vouchers are transferable and make a great gift, but each voucher can only be used once.
What happens if I can’t find my voucher email?
Click the vouchers icon at the top of the page and enter your email address, all your active vouchers will then be displayed. If you still can’t find them, get in touch with our support team.
What if the venue is fully booked on my chosen date?
We recommend booking early. If your preferred time is unavailable, you can use your voucher on another date within the festival period (subject to availability).
Who do I contact if there’s a problem with my voucher or booking?
For booking changes or cancellations, contact the venue directly. For voucher access or technical support, reach out to us via the “Contact Us” page.
What are the online exclusive rewards?
When you purchase a dine out voucher online, you’ll also have the chance to select an exclusive reward from one of our partner businesses. This reward will be issued as a separate voucher and can be redeemed directly with the reward provider. Please note that each reward comes with its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the voucher.
