This year, more than ever, Dine-Out is about so much more than food. It is a celebration of everything that makes Jersey extraordinary, our hospitality, our farmers, our fishers, our producers, our soil, our seas, and above all, our people. We’ve updated the website to include an interactive map and collaborated with Qi to offer you great buy ahead deals.

When we sit down to enjoy a meal together, it’s not just about what’s on the plate. It’s about the journey that dish has taken, from our fertile fields to our waters brimming with exceptional seafood, from our local bakers to the incredible chefs and service teams who bring it all to life. Supporting hospitality means supporting the very heartbeat of our island and recognising the vital role that agriculture and fisheries play in sustaining both our overall economy and our quality of life.

Every choice we make matters. Choosing to eat local, seasonal produce means less waste, healthier soil, stronger farms, and fresher food on our plates. It means championing our fishing community, protecting our seas, and ensuring that future generations inherit an island as abundant as the one we are blessed with today. The Delicious Jersey Dine-Out Festival is a chance for us all, Islanders and visitors alike, to come together and celebrate that. To sit around a table and truly appreciate the collective effort it takes to make Jersey’s food and drink so special. Every business featured in this guide has one golden rule: at least one hero ingredient from Jersey, grown or caught anchoring their dish/menu. That is our way of saying: we are proud of where we come from, and we want the world to taste it too.
